Max leads Riverside’s financial strategy, including pricing, portfolio performance, and owner reporting. An industrial engineer by training, he built much of Riverside’s back-end infrastructure and continues to refine the systems, controls, and processes that keep the financial information owners receive accurate, timely, transparent, and useful for decision-making.

Blake Chami

Co-Founder & Managing PartnerGrowth & Client Relationships

Blake leads Riverside’s strategy, growth, and owner relationships. A licensed Florida real estate agent with a master’s degree in international real estate, he applies underwriting expertise from client work and investments to evaluate properties’ rental potential and financial fit. He guides owners toward homes Riverside can manage exceptionally well.

Finn Maitland

Co-Founder & Managing PartnerStrategy & Compliance

Finn leads Riverside’s portfolio operations and company-wide process improvement. His corporate-finance background brings disciplined financial and operational thinking to the business. He also supports client acquisition and company growth while overseeing state and local licensing, compliance, and tax requirements.

Louie Gaeta

Operations Manager

Louie directs Riverside’s day-to-day field operations, including property readiness, turnovers, maintenance, vendor coordination, and guest issue resolution. He keeps work moving across the portfolio and makes sure problems are addressed quickly and thoroughly.

Roan Gryvensteyn

Project Coordinator

Roan coordinates projects and keeps daily operational work organized, from scheduling and maintenance follow-through to task tracking and vendor coordination. Working closely with Louie, he helps move open items to completion and ensures no detail gets lost.
