After serving as an analyst for a renewable energy company until Spring 2025, Blake joined Max to lead Riverside Real Estate Services full-time. Blake fuels the company’s expansion by leading sales efforts, acquiring new clients, and identifying prime properties for management. Blake also maintains strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring outstanding satisfaction and seamless service.

CFO

Max earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University in Spring 2023. After serving as a project engineer for a general contractor until Fall 2024, Max transitioned to leading Riverside Real Estate Services full-time. Max manages the company’s financial operations, develops and implements pricing strategies, and optimizes backend systems to enhance profitability and improve overall operational efficiency.

COO

Finn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Minor in Economics from Clemson University. While working as a staff accountant in the insurance industry, Finn supports Max and Blake at Riverside Real Estate Services. Finn oversees the company’s compliance with municipal, county, state, and federal regulations, ensuring full adherence for the company and its clients. Additionally, Finn leads Riverside’s marketing and social media initiatives, enhancing the company’s brand presence.

Louie joined Riverside Real Estate Services shortly after its inception, playing a vital role in supporting all facets of the company. With a focus on operational excellence, Louie manages daily tasks, including guest relations, inquiry handling, maintenance coordination, and cleaning oversight. Louie’s dedication ensures the homes under Riverside’s management maintain exceptional quality, while prioritizing an outstanding guest experience to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
